The aim of the courses is to equip participants with comprehensive theoretical knowledge, practical skills and professional competences in the field of traditional and contemporary manual and movement techniques supporting health, aesthetics and psychophysical well-being.
After completing the courses, participants:
• know the philosophical, cultural and historical foundations of the methods: Kobido, Korugi, Small Face, Tenshi no Massaji, Pelvic Gymnastics and Hilot,
• understand the mechanisms of action of individual techniques on the body, nervous system and psyche,
• have knowledge about the use of methods in the context of health prevention, improving the appearance and regeneration of the body.

• are able to perform sequences and manual techniques characteristic of individual methods,
• use strengthening and activation exercises (e.g. for pelvic muscles) in a safe manner and adapted to the needs of the recipients,
• are able to combine elements of various methods when working with a client, achieving a relaxing, therapeutic and aesthetic effect.

• are able to consciously and responsibly incorporate selected techniques into their professional practice (e.g. in massage, manual therapy, movement education, coaching or development work),
• develop the ability to individually adapt methods to the client and his needs,
• are prepared to conduct individual and group classes based on the techniques they have learned, supporting the development, health and well-being of participants.
